While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, or uninterrupted service from third-party platforms. Payments are due as per the issued invoice schedule.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of intellectual property is transferred upon final project delivery and receipt of full payment, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Prior to final payment, all concepts, designs, code, and content created by BitBright Tech remain our exclusive property. You grant us a license to use any materials you provide solely for the purpose of completing your project.
We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any logos, images, or brand materials you supply to us for use in your project.
